I A BEING REFUNDED 😎

Is anyone else have trouble with the ABGA OFFICE and Registration. I registered my kids July 8 th 2024, I called last week and they hadn't even printed my papers off. Finally because I called they sent them the 7th of September, and I asked how long should they take well big shocker they don't know. But if I haven't received them in 30 days the lady I spoke to said they issue them for free. We'll it has been over 60 days so I told them they should have to refund me. Now they are trying to talk circles so to say the least I did get hateful. Because it's not my fault they aren't doing their job, the manager told me we'll why did you wait 60 days, umm because I was hoping that yall would do your job, not let the invoice sit there for 2 months. Needles to say I am pushing for a refund because this is getting old every time I register, transfer, or have and animal transfered into my name they drag their feet, last time I had to fight to register my kids because it took them so long to get the doe transfered into my name and tried telling me I had to prove I owned her at the time of breeding. So I had to contact the seller and have him contact them with proof of sell. So in this rant I am just wanting to know if I am the only one with this headache.
