ning methods are organic and all my ingredients for baking are organic/non-genetically modified/sustainably sourced. My Modest mixed flock of rare chicken and duck hens enjoy a soy protein-free diet of organic feed from Coyote Creek Organic Feed Mill, and have never received conventionally medicated feed. I harvest fresh produce and herbs daily as a treat for my little ladies, and collect eggs FRESH DAILY. Every selection of eggs offered saturdays are from that week and are less than 10 days old!.
