Apparently livestock theft is a "civil matter" in Upton county we had a customer come in load the goat up and drive off without paying yet our sheriff's office refuses to do anything. This is the same as loading up a grocery cart and walking out of the store. Yet they blatantly refuse to protect my state and federal rights to my livestock BEWARE who you vote for!!!!
