Hi everyone! Here’s your annual reminder to place holiday orders early! In addition to our regular Saturday deliveries, we also run a truck the day before Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, December 23rd, and New Year’s Eve. We have clusters and singles (Bulls Bay Reserves) which are always fun for the holidays. I love the singles raw with a simple mignonette (red wine vinegar, finely diced shallot, cracked black pepper).

It’s a rainy morning and very high tide in McClellanville. Low tide is late in the day today so Jeff and the boys are headed to town to get supplies to replace the trailer hubs and fishing supplies for the JMT fishing tournament this weekend before Jeff goes to work later this afternoon. There’s a gale warning so I don’t absolutely love that he’s working today but he’s stubborn. 🤷‍♀️
