Guess what is back?! 🌸 Our fresh cut flower shop is open again on the website!

Spring was beautifully busy around here, and honestly, we just didn’t have a lot of extra time. But… we think we may have found a little bit of it again. 😊

We also added something new this year! At checkout, you can now select the day you’d like to pick up your flowers.

A few things to note:
• Some dates may be blocked off depending on our schedule
• We do ask for a 48-hour notice when possible. The scheduling system will automatically guide you based on your order timing. Orders cannot be placed on shorter notice unless you reach out to us directly. While we may be able to accommodate shorter notice requests on a case-by-case basis, fulfillment is not guaranteed.
• You can place orders up to 30 days in advance, but not further out than that
• All arrangements are designer’s choice — you choose the colors, and we choose the flowers based on what is most beautiful and in season

On April 1st we cut the first stems of this season’s ranunculus. Today is June 5th and we are still harvesting these beauties! We feel strongly that luck had more to do with the success of this crop than our skill!

The first planting was done last November, the second one around the middle of February and the last one in March. The February planting went in later than we hoped. That one was supposed to happen in January but we had such brutally cold temps that we held off. It all worked out!

The March planting was a gamble but the weather was cool in May so they had time to develop and began producing before these really hot temps set in. With shade cloth and lots of irrigation we are expecting another two weeks of production from them. Honestly, we’re a bit mind blown over here! But also very thankful!

This was going to be our first year having a substantial peony crop. But the warm weather in April that pushed them to into bud form then the late freezes changed that. It’s okay, we are treasuring each bloom and there is always next year!

We now have around 300 peonies planted. One of these years they will be plentiful around here! :)

After much thought, dreaming, and refining, we are so excited to finally share the new look of Inspiring Blooms 🌸

Over the past few years, Inspiring Blooms has grown into something we are incredibly grateful for. This rebrand feels like a reflection of who we already are — refined, seasonal, relationship-centered, and deeply inspired by the beauty we get to grow every day.

As our farm has grown, we wanted our branding to reflect the beauty, intention, and care that have always been at the heart of what we do.

These antique shades pansies 😍😍 We are absolutely loving them! They bring the perfect touch of whimsy to any bouquet or arrangement, and the colors are just incredible.

They are truly thriving in the tunnel, and I think we’ve both agreed… pansies will always have a spot there from now on. The stems have gotten so tall with very little deadheading, and for us, that’s definitely a win 😁✨

These Chantilly snaps are just gorgeous. The colors have us all 😍 And the blooms are almost butterfly-shaped. The stems are amazing too! We are officially team don’t pinch snaps over here 🌸

After the warm day, an evening harvest felt so refreshing. And truly, there’s nothing like an armful of blooms at golden hour ✨

We harvested all the things for this week’s orders and are getting next week’s availability ready to send out tomorrow morning!

Also… can someone explain how we are already halfway through May already?! 🌿

If you had to choose one flower to grow year round, what would it be?! For Jared it would be Ranunculus! These beauties are his favorites and dear to his heart! He dreams of greenhouses that are somehow kept cool enough all summer to grow them nonstop. Probably something that will never happen but it doesn’t hurt to dream! What flower would you love to grow all year? We’d love to hear in the comments!
