They are here! Construction is finished and we are now showing and renting these beautiful apartments!

These are pictures of the 2 bed, 1 bath unit for $950/month. It comes with all kitchen appliances as well as a stacked washer and dryer. The apartment is super efficient which means you save more on utilities!!! Each tenant will have designated parking and a key to the shared balcony.

There is a lot of little things that have to happen in order to make the big things possible. In the first picture is the crew from JLB welding. They worked hard in the heat to reinforce the cieling so we can put the second story on.

The second picture is a crew from Goltl Plaster Drywall Stucco. They are closing up the old shop door and prepping the wall for our utility hookups.

Huge thank you to all the contractors who are making this project possible! We couldn't do it without their help!
