in McCune, Kansas--population 400 & some change. McCune was also a food desert, meaning that you had to drive nearly 30 minutes to buy groceries. That wasn't cool. So,the Schenkers teamed up with a local bank, the City of McCune and USDA to create the McCune Farm to Market. It features our naturally-raised meats along with conventional meats, locally grown product, groceries and milk along with breakfast & lunch each day. We partner with the St. Paul Supermarket for more buying power to keep prices low.
