In this season finale episode, we take you with us to Okie Family Market, our main retailer in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who carries almost our entire lineup.

We crack open a cold Diamond and show you what we picked up during our restock + discuss the updates to our processing and shipping to accommodate the extreme Summer temps.

In lieu of this week's Blue Mountain Living release, we hope you enjoy this sweet little farm scene from this morning with Belle and Boos.

Featured here is what we call Belle's spa treatment. Our tallow does more than nourish and regenerate our skin. It does the same for the chafing between her legs and milk sacks, as well as her udders. As you can see, she graciously lifts her leg to help him reach all the places she rubs raw as she walks.

Boos has got his legs under him and is getting a little more comfortable and curious about the people he's coming to know as his family.

We've had a lot of loss this Spring on the farm, and it has weighed heavily on our hearts. Just this morning, with tears, I buried the second of our surprise kittens, Moses, next to our garden statue of Mother Mary, after he drew his final breath in my arms.

Opening our hearts to receive and love new life leaves us vulnerable. Loss cracks us open and leaves spaces for God to pour in more humility and grace. Every hardship is a lesson, an opportunity for growth and drawing nearer to the one who holds it all - our God.

He never gives us more than we can bear, and it's through moments like these, we are reminded of the great love and mercy that provides a salve for our resilient hearts. For to love and lose, is far greater than never to have loved at all. 🕊🤍

Stop doomscrolling and just have a look at these eggs. 😍 It may be the dog days of Summer, but our hens apparently didn't get the memo.

We eat what we can, give the neighbors a heap each week and boil the rest to give back to the birds. Life on the farm has its trials, but these eggs sure do tip the scales in a good way.
