It’s all about the sun. These grapes need long, warm growing seasons to develop the bold, rich flavors you taste in every bottle. We source from vineyards where the climate does the heavy lifting, so we can focus on the craft of turning great fruit into great wine.

There’s something special about sharing a meal where so much of it began just steps from your table.

Join us on Wednesday, September 9 for an unforgettable Fields to Fork Wine Dinner—an evening celebrating the harvest, handcrafted wines, and the joy of gathering on the farm.

The meal’s vegetables featured throughout the evening will be freshly harvested from our own fields and thoughtfully prepared by the talented team at Bella Sera Event Villa & Catering . Each course will be paired with wines from Passiflora Springs Winery, with Russ Bedner sharing the story behind every pour—from the vineyard to the bottle, and why each wine was chosen to complement the meal.

As the sun sets over the farm, enjoy live music by Tim Vitullo , lingering conversations, and a dining experience that reminds us to slow down and savor the season.
