If you are traveling to or through the St. Louis area, take the time to visit Beast Craft BBQ. It’s a short drive to belleville and we’ll worth the drive.
The moment we stepped out of the car, you knew it was probably going to be good …ordered the platter for 2… ribs, pork, brisket & sausage plus 4 sides… potato salad, candied bacon, pit beans & slaw were our choices. Oh Wow!
EDIT: bbq that comes covered in sauce or NEEDS sauce typically isn’t good bbq. The sauce should be to enhance flavor… IF you need/want sauce at all. At The Beast CRAFT BBQ, no sauce is needed.. this is darn good BBQ!

This you gonna wanna try…
These carrots turned out awesome!
Baby carrots cut In 1/2 length wise
Mix
1 tablespoon minced garlic (jar) .. I used garlic powder
1/3 cup oil
Dan-o’s Original (the spicy or chipotle would work too)
Powder Parm. “Shaker parm”
Toss carrots in the mixture then press them into shredded parm - like giving them a parm bed to set on.

Air fryer 385 degrees for about 20 minutes. I used 2 trays and rotated them 1/2 way through .

Came across a Dan-O's Seasoning video where Dan is taking his favorite sandwich (Reuben) and making it as a flatbread pizza.
DISCLAIMER: I have NEVER liked Reuben’s and the mention of sauerkraut had me going the other way.
It looked good so we gave it a try …. With a couple of slight changes.
We used individual Flatbread - garlic flavored.
Cooked in our air fryer oven (Cooking with KarenP, Director with Pampered Chef) on the middle rack - set to custom 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Turned out great & delicious!
Will be having these more often!
