What You’ll Need
▫️2 bone-in pork chops, about 1-inch thick
▫️Salt & freshly ground black pepper
▫️1 Tbsp Butter Infused Olive Oil
▫️2 cloves garlic, minced
▫️2 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
▫️2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
▫️3 Tbsp Black Cherry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
▫️½ cup chicken stock
👩🏽🍳 Let’s Cook!
1️⃣ Season
Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Sear
Heat Butter Infused Olive Oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Stir in Dijon mustard, Black Cherry Dark Balsamic, and chicken stock. Scrape up all those delicious browned bits!
4️⃣ Add the Flavor
Stir in fresh tarragon. Simmer 3–4 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
5️⃣ Finish the Pork
Return pork chops to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top and cook another 3–4 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145°F internally.
6️⃣ Serve & Drizzle! 🍒
Plate the pork chops and spoon that luscious balsamic sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh tarragon.
✨ Perfect with roasted potatoes or a simple green salad!
