Touch of Home Doughnuts We are a family business that provides fresh, homemade doughnuts, made from scratch the "old-fashioned" way. Hours are from 7 am until we sell out.

We have a portable kitchen (health department-inspected) that we make our doughnuts from scratch along Rte. 33 E. in McGaheysville, VA. at 23 Mcgahey Lane near the McGaheysville Fire Department on Fridays.

We have made the decision to close our Touch of Home Doughnuts business. We will miss seeing you this Spring. We are selling our concession trailer, equipment and truck so if you know of anyone interested in that, please call us at (540) 289-9592. 🍎 Apple Butter filled with Maple Cinnamon Glaze is Friday's Specialty! The aroma of Autumn Spices in freshly simmering apple butter is amazing and we look forward to sharing that with you! This will be our LAST day open for this season. Our doughnuts freeze well so consider buying extra for the months ahead. There will also be a MULTI-FAMILY YARD & BAKE SALE on Fri & Sat, weather permitting. My mother is an excellent baker and she will have freshly baked goodies there for you to buy. We will sure miss Dad not being there but we still have some of the toy logging trucks he made to sell. So if you need a gift idea for a boy, consider that. There will be lots of clothes & misc items as well. Thank you to everyone who supported Touch of Home Doughnuts this season! 😊

Friday's Specialty Doughnut is Peanut Butter Filled with Chocolate Frosting! The filling is a fluffy homemade peanut butter filling with homemade cocoa frosting decorated on top. Of course, we still offer the usual glazed, cinnamon sugar and chocolate topped. We will be at 23 McGahey Lane in McGaheysville for only 3 more Friday's before our season comes to a close, so get our doughnuts while you can. We plan to have them ready by 6:30 am 'til we sell out. This week's specialty is a citrus doughnut with orange glaze 🍊. Some of you may be wondering what our future plans are for Touch of Home Doughnuts. We are planning to be open through September 1st then we will take a winter break. We begin homeschooling and my husband's busy season begins as an employee of Blue Ridge Chimney Services. So, you have 4 more Fridays to buy doughnuts!

Our homemade peach filling is made from orchard fresh local peaches from Woods Edge Farm. Check out their new facility at 3800 Harpine Hwy in Harrisonburg!

We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to make doughnuts Wednesday in Harrisonburg. Our trailer needs some repair. 🙁 Thanks to all who supported us during our season there. A special thanks to the Shenandoah Valley Driving School for your generous kindness in accommodating us at your business! We do plan to be open this Friday in McGaheysville.
