The MacLean family farm or Nealcam farms is currently a part of the dairy industry of Central New York. Nealcam farms is a small, FAMILY operated farm which allows us to be attentive to our animals needs and personalities. A family owned farm has the responsibility of serving both the consumer and their personal reputation. Nealcam farms was established in the mid 1980's by William Senior and his
two sons, Bill and Tom. Our next chapter will be forged by own youngest MacLean, Hayley. Hayley is currently studying Animal Science at the State University of New York at Cobleskill to better accommodate the most important members of our team, the animals. Currently the farm is looking to new directions for the future of the farm by examining environmental impacts, animal care, human health and the economics of agriculture both locally and globally. This is a collaboration between Hayley and the second youngest MacLean, Kaitlin. Kaitlin has a Bachelor's of Science Mathematics and Technology concentrating in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Empire State; As well as currently studying towards a second bachelor's from Colorado State University in Environmental Sustainability and Watershed Management.
