10 x 24 air-conditioned Bunny Barn complete with high end cages 16 holes, 2 air-conditioning units, automatic watering system, all grain and hay feeders, rest mats, toys and extra waters! Srayfoam insulation in top of building to insulate it! I absolutely love my bunny barn it works great all seasons long for year round breeding! My health is forcing me to sell my entire Rabbitry most rabbits have already been Rehomed so it's time to list the bunny barn! It's on an I Beam frame and this building will last forever! first lets start with Rabbits

I want to address a few key notes that i see floating around facebook world with im sorry for this term but "the karens" of facebook bunny world .

1.) If you get a rabbit and u get it fixed : IT WILL NOT BE SHOWABLE

Please dont let anyone tell you it is because its not

If you get a rabbit fixed that doesnt meant that that rabbit can live with another one either . so dont think that fixing means playmates for your bunny friend at home . something can still go wrong .

2. Dont let someone talk you into what i hear alot of " you can buy this rabbit and get one later to add to the cage as a playmate ) NO YOU CANNOT They will fight or if another s*x are together will produce babies

3. Dont let someone tell you that VM marked or White earred gene marked rabbits are showable THEY ARE NOT .

We are A.R.B.A. rabbitry what that means is we breed our rabbits for the standards of perfection in each breed unless we are breeding for meat . When we breed for meat those bunnies are advertised as meat rabbits or if someone sees one and would like to purchase as a pet . That being said let me say this :

We ask a few questions when selling for our meat rabbits :

1. Are you looking for breeding stock ?

2. Are you looking for one to eat?

3. Are you looking for just a pet bunny for your kids (because there are a few that dont want purebred or pedigreed stock )

When i ask those questions there is a method behind it . 1 is because i want to make sure that you are buying a breeding pair and not littermates (littermates are ok if u are putting in freezer but not if ur purchasing for breeding stock )

I want to be able to put together the Best starter package for you for production . I want to be able to assist you to fit your needs .

This all being said a few other things i have to address so that you can better understand the rabbit or show world as i call it :

The titles of PUREBRED, PEDIGREED and REGISTERED

Your rabbit can be purebred without being pedigreed .

Your rabbits can also be mixed and be pedigreed.

What is a pedigree ?

A pedigree tells the lineage of said rabbit -

what the parents ,grandparents and great grandparents were as far as weights , colors , age and any winnings and legs its won are added on that pedigree .

WHATS A REGISTERED RABBIT ?

In order to have your rabbit registered, you have to bring the rabbit you're registering to be examined by an ARBA licensed Registrar. The registrar will examine your rabbit and be sure it fits the breed standard. If everything checks out and you have a completed 3-generation pedigree (and $) you can register your rabbit. Registration indicates a certain level of quality. Any rabbit can have a pedigree, but a certificate of Registration proves that your rabbit at least meets the minimum standards for their breed. It will also then get a Registration mark in its ear . (opposite of the ear that its tattoo is in )

This being said i hope it helps you all better understand that difference .

IF INTERESTED IN SHOWING OR 4H PLEASE IN WHATEVER ANIMAL YOU GET KNOW THIS

IT CANNOT BE FIXED .

ITS GOT TO MEET THE SOP OF THAT BREED AND THAT ANIMAL

IT CANNOT BE A MIXBREED

Any breeding animal being shown has to have all parts but market animals must be castrated if they are male (cattle, sheep, goats, pigs) except rabbits.

ASK question before you buy something
