Rohrs Farms Rohrs Farms is a family owned and operated farm now in its sixth generation of farming. We are located in West Central Ohio.

In 1974 our family purchased land in Hardin County, Ohio, south of McGuffey. This area is known as the “Scioto Marsh”, an area with flat, black, high organic soils that are well suited for grain, forage and vegetable production Rohrs Farms is a family owned and operated farm now in its sixth generation of farming. Job Functions-

· Overall production management of employees on the floor.

· Oversees routine operations and direct activities of supervisors/managers to achieve productivity goals.

Our company is seeking a Secretary to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable in being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

We are now taking applications for seasonal and full-time help.

We are looking for truck drivers that can drive 10 speed semi's and are able to do daily maintenance on semi's and hopper trailers. NO CDL REQUIRED.

We are also looking for a grain cart operator as well as fall tillage operators.

We will be needing shop help doing maintenance on trucks and tractors, blending fertilizer, servicing our grain bins, and moving header trailers from field to field.

On the farm we mainly have all newer series John Deere equipment and Freightliner semi's.

Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
