The weather is warming up and that means one thing… fresh egg pasta is BACK in house 🙌

We’re kicking off a new market season and couldn’t be more excited—outdoor markets start rolling out in May and we are READY.

Explore Italy’s Regions Through Dinner — The Perfect Gift

Why gift a Popup Dinner?
Because it’s more than a meal—it’s a journey. Each of our 4+ course PastaBar Popup Dinners transports guests to a different region of Italy, all from right here in McHenry. While PastaBar is proudly made at home, these dinners take you on a culinary tour: from the bold flavors of a Tuscan steakhouse, to the rich traditions of Emilia Romagna, to classic Roman dishes, and even to Abruzzo—the lesser-traveled region that Chef Mario’s family calls home.

Beverages and gratuity are included in the ticket price, and each dinner has extremely limited seating for an intimate, immersive experience. Hosted once a month now through April in the PastaBar Kitchen, these dinners make a thoughtful, unforgettable gift for anyone who loves food, travel, or trying something new.

They’re finally here—our PastaBar Polpette!
Made with Nieman Pork and Fat Bottom Farms Beef because we know our farmers so you don’t have to. No fillers, no garbage—just clean, honest ingredients so you can feed your family what we feed ours.

Each pack comes with 8 (1.5oz) hand-rolled meatballs nestled in ½ lb of our housemade Pomodoro sauce. Everything is made in-house, using organic when available and local when possible.

Take-and-bake, ready to warm up and serve—perfect alongside PastaBar fresh or dried pasta for a quick, easy, guaranteed-delicious meal.
