Kit sizes begin at 4 and go ALL the way up to 24.

Getting a kit of 4 and up saves you money and gives you all the goodness for you to make your sandwiches just the way you like them.

Each kit comes with Beef and rolls for each Sandwich and plenty of extra au jus along with the full range of toppings. Sweet peppers, mild Giardiniera, hot Giardiniera, and even grilled onions if you like.

These stuffed eggplants are all vegetables. Tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, orange and yellow bells, bread crumbs, and the good cheeses.

Growing up, Summer meals were all about fresh garden vegetables. Simple, fresh, quality, ingredients. No boxes, no cans, no preservatives. The simplest ingredients can sometimes create the most complex flavor.

Stuffed eggplant is one fine example of what I mean. In our household, eggplant was a staple. Whether it was eggplant Campanada, eggplant Parmigiana or just plain fried eggplant.

Today, I am making one of my Ma's favorite eggplant dishes. Stuffed eggplant. In the winter she added sausage to the stuffing mixture but in the Summer....the Summer was all veggies with bread crumbs, Pecorino Romano, and Mozzarella. It's so fresh, so delicious, so packed with flavor, and oh so light for a hot Summer meal.

If you are an eggplant and veggie lover, this eggplant is sure to excite and satisfy your taste buds without the guilt. These will be available for dinner this evening at 5. They will go quickly, so feel free to order in advance.

Italian Sausage with bell peppers and onions was a typical Saturday afternoon or evening staple in our household. Especially in the summer. It's quick, it's easy, and it's so tasty.

Sometimes we would roast potatoes with it and make it a Sammich with nice crusty bread that was perfect for soaking up all that amazing fond (pan drippings) and sometimes it was served over rice or pasta.

Or instead of bread add Penne Pasta for $60 feeds a family of 8-12. If you order as entrée with Pasta garlic bread is included.
