I was just on another Social Media site and I saw a guy claiming there was no way to do grassfed beef in Texas in the winter. This was last week at our main producer's ranch... one week after a freeze, first week of Spring. They have only had 1.5" of rain in the last 6 months. This is how its done when someone knows what they are doing. It brown but cheaper than hay and way more nutritional than from a feedlot or grain finished.
