Everyone please help us wish the happiest birthday to Thomas’ mom, Pat! Without her we wouldn’t be able to have our food truck! She watches our children every day and takes care of us in ways you wouldn’t believe!

This image is AI but we plan to celebrate her on Sunday with a Boston cream pie and steaks! She is busy taking care of kids today as we prep for tomorrow.

She truly is an absolutely amazing human being!

We had such a slow and terrible day today, but our amazing customers sure do brighten it up! One of our favorite customers, Jim, brought Thomas this shirt today!

He is always bringing us fun stuff, usually sweets from the Kolache Factory! Last week he brought the whole family sticky buns! They were SO good! I saved one and took it up to my mom who has been staying with my dad in the hospital. Her eyes lit up when she saw all the pecans and it brought her a little joy after so many gloomy days!

Thank you Jim! We truly appreciate you and all your kindness and support!

It’s not too late to get your BBQ for the game! Online ordering and delivery are now available until 7 or sold out! We still have prime brisket, turkey breast, pork spare ribs, and pulled pork! Unfortunately, we have completely sold out of all our sides but chips.

It seems as though everyone is grilling or smoking their own meats today and just ordering sides. We can do meats by the pound, sandwiches, or nachos! Just go to MeatJuiceBBQ.com to order!

If you are wanting BBQ for the Texas vs OU game, give us a call at 972-572-6322 to place your order in advance! I most likely will not be turning online or delivery orders on today as we plan to sell out of everything and I don’t want someone to place an order before I am able to mark as sold out.

Our smoked meats for today include prime brisket, pork spare ribs, turkey breast, and pulled pork. Our sides today are baked beans, mac and cheese, potato salad, and chips. We will also have our nachos!
