Happy Friday! We are open from 4pm-8pm today. Saturdays and Sundays we are open from 8am - 8pm unless we have a family event.

It was a busy Sunday irradicating mites from the coops. This time of year is always a challenge. We don't use any poisonous chemicals to get rid of them. Fire and organic food grade DE usually does the trick. The white powder rubbed onto the wood roosts is DE and will kill mites coming off the girls during the night. Nesting boxes also got DE to kill mites while the girls are laying eggs.

Happy Friday! We have an abundance of eggs! Our eggs are normally $6/doz. This weekend, if you buy 4 dozen or more, they are $5/doz. Just text or call us when you arrive. Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-7pm. We are open on Easter.

Reminder, our hens roam free on over an acre. You can see some like to venture all the way over to our garden area.

We are open for our 2026 season. We have eggs for sale from pastured hens. We are open Fridays 4pm-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm. When you get here, give us a call and we will bring the eggs to your car. 469-400-6898.

With the weather changing and the days growing shorter, we do not have enough egg production to stay open. We are closing until spring. We expect to be open again in March or April 2026.

Happy Friday! We will be moving our hours back to Saturday and Sunday only. As the days are growing shorter, the girls are laying less. We allow our chicken to follow the rhythms of nature, which gives them a break for fall and winter seasons. Our egg production is half of what it was in the summer. Thanks for your understanding.
