We apologize for closing before the originally stated time but we decided that we didn't want to be rushed in getting everything done before the end of the month but as it turned out things moved rather quickly. We have almost everything sold except for the sales counters and as you can see, they have been dismantled already. Barb and I will really miss working there and seeing all of our customers.

For the past months our sales were just enough to cover the bills but in the past 6 weeks, our sales have dropped dramatically and we can no longer keep going. Our last day of being in business will be Friday, November 20th.

We have been struggling since Day 1 and trying to come up with items to add to increase sales. We have added some items yet our sales never increased.

Since we don't have a grill and a commercial deep fryer, we are very limited on what food items we can add to sell.

Though we have been struggling since the beginning, we had confidence that things would get better and we would make it. Barb and I totally enjoy coming in here and working together every day.

We would like to thank all of you that have supported us and we are really sorry that we will no longer be here for you.

You can now purchase our Homemade-Chili or Soups frozen and vacuum-sealed, take them home, and place them in your freezer. You can then reheat your Soup or Chili two different ways. You can heat a pan of boiling water and place your Soup or Chili in that (Do not cut a vent hole) or you can place it in a bowl or on a plate, slice a vent hole in the top, and place it in your microwave.

We are back home and will be opening at 1:00 P.M. We hope to see many of you today and have a great weekend. :-)

We mix the flavoring into a bowl of snow with an electric mixer so you have flavor all through your Italian Ice.
