Exactly 1 year, 7 months, and 22 days from the first day of clearing the build site; and 1 year, 1 month, and 22 days from ground breaking for the first post, we received our certificate of occupancy from the county for our barndominium! Time to move out of the camper!

We had the electrical inspector this past Monday, and or electrical was rejected for some peculiar issues - if you ask us and our electrician. Before and afters of this week’s project to rectify the situation. Re-inspect scheduled for Monday.

Shower tile and countertops, check! Plumbing finishing, check! Waiting on our electrician to come back to do some finish...

Shower tile and countertops, check! Plumbing finishing, check! Waiting on our electrician to come back to do some finish work and we’ll be ready for our final inspection!!! Electrician is suppose to come tomorrow, so hopefully we will be ready for move in soon!
