Tomorrow, Oct 6th from 2-7pm is the last evening market of the year! Come on out and let our family feed your family! Stock up on healthy snacks to pack in those lunches! New this week is our sprouted Chick Pea-Nuts! Crunchy, salty and full of protein with absolutely no added oils! We will also have watermelon cream Cloud Bars, watermelon rind pickle bites, tomato chips, oven roasted okra fries, fresh sprouts, Tennessee sorghum cookies, and Annie will have iced tea and kombucha! This is our last evening market, but we will be there every Friday morning still, and even every Friday through winter you can find us at the Rutherford County Farmers Market!

Hey guys! We will finally be back at the market in the morning! Friday October 2nd at the Rutherford County Farmers market from 7am till noon! Come see our brand new display with our new product line, Good Garden! Check us out for healthy homegrown snacks that you can feel good about eating!- Homemade watermelon rind pickle bites, tomato chips, watermelon cream cloud bars, simply watermelon cloud bars, ( It's like eating a crunchy cloud! Hence the name šŸ˜‰) oven roasted okra fries, and our own prize-winning recipe of Tennessee sorghum cookies -made with organic whole white wheat flour, locally made sorghum and our own homegrown eggs! And as always we'll have fresh sprouts and Annie will have kombucha and iced tea! Come get some groceries and let our family feed your family! šŸ¤—ā¤ļø

Don't forget- Evening market Tuesday, tomorrow! ..Need something healthy to pack for lunches or snacks? Try our yummy tomato chips! We have salted and unsalted! These are great to eat plain or you can even crush them up to use in pasta salads or other fecipes! Free from all oils and junk!.. As always, we will have five different kinds of sprouts, apple-oat muffin bars, and Annie will have tea and kombucha available to purchase by the 12 oz to-go cup, or by the gallon, while it lasts!
