We figured there’s no better way to top the 2025 Pittsburgh Rivers of Fire than dropping both sauces at once. Phantom Bite—our fan‑favorite limited release that sold out in under three days last year—and Steel Hurtin’, the hottest sauce we’ve ever made, are returning together, in the same place, at the same time.

Rivers of Fire 2026 is going to be the event you cannot miss! We’re leveling up every part of the experience to make this year bigger, hotter, and even more unforgettable than last season.

We are a 4 man operation from just south of Pittsburgh with a focus on bringing flavor packed sauces with a kick to enhance your meals. Everything is done in a small batch, by hand, by the 4 of us, using only all natural ingredients.

Our largest hot sauce cook ever!!!

Last night was Maestros' largest hot sauce sauce cook we have ever done.

We finished up with making 1,033 bottles of 4 different sauces in prep for the festival/holiday season.
