We're doing a little backyard smokin' today with a bottom round beef roast, alongside a little pork tenderloin.

The beef roast has been prepared using our new Savory Roast rub and the pork tenderloin has been prepared using our Smokin' Love rub with a little Savory Roast sprinkled on top.

The baked beans were prepared using smoked bacon that were seasoned with Smokin' Love and then we added more to the beans directly.

Finally, the potatoes were coated in olive oil and then seasoned with the Savory Roast rub.

Today, we're participating in the Chili Cookoff evet at Frank's BBQ Trading Post. Jamie and I are competing in the Red and Green Chili categories :) We are also selling our new line of freeze dried candies today so come on down and say 'Hi' 😁

Today were competing in the first competition event hosted by our friends at Frank's BBQ Trading Post :) We're competing in the Rib contest but we'll also have a new item for the People's Choice event, Smokin' Love pepperJack Meatballs with our Tangy Pineapple Sauce :)

Well, after a lot of experimentation, market research, and constructive feedback from friends and family, we have our go-forward label design for our product line.

We are busy updating the temporary labels that we used for our testing and research to this new design and will be ordering the new labels soon. This will allow us to move forward with taking more professional photos of our current products and getting them posted on our social media platforms for everyone to see.

Day 2: If you're out and about in Loveland, CO this weekend, please come by the Halloween Hullabaloo at the The Promenade Shops at Centerra. We'll be selling a number of baked goodies and providing free samples of our Big Bubby BBQ Rub which is great on pork and beef. We'll be at the Stoake-D-Fire BBQ Supply booth from 12-3pm Sunday, which is setup today near the Best Buy.
