We know it’s been a while since we’ve had an update. Our electricians Nemesis Electric sent us updated photos on our brewery and the towne center. Looks like we are shooting to move in early March for a May opening. Thank you all for your patience!

Update: We are shooting for a 2019 Q1/Q2 opening. We do apologize about the delays that occurred with the building and construction. The past few months we have received everything for the brewery and our brew system/fermenters came out amazing. Thank you all for your patience and support as we are very excited for the future of Mead. If you have any questions feel free to message us.

We are excited that we got approved for our brewers license! Just picked up a boatload of amazing zip-up hoodies and t-shirts from and a hat delivery is on its way. Lastly, our 6bbl brew system and unitank fermenters will be finished this week by Colorado Brew Systems. Hoping for an end of year opening!

Update: Framing of our walls and drains are being installed. Also we are having our concrete poured next week! Brew system and fermenters will be finished by the end of this month! And will be doing all of our wiring and electrical needs. Thank you all for being patient!!

Had a nice visit at Root Shoot Malting today and decided to stop by to see progress on our brewery.
