Hey friends, quick update from Metalworks Barbecue.
Today’s our last day before we hit pause for a bit and lunch has been busy, busy, busy. So fair warning, we’re out of buns and Texas toast, so it’s all about the meat now. We’ve still got briskets, pulled pork, chicken, burnt ends, and those racks of ribs, but it’s first come, first served until it’s gone. We’re open till 7pm tonight, but honestly, when the meat’s gone, that’s it.
So swing by, grab a pound or two, and help us close this chapter right. We’d love to see you one more time before the break.

“Happy Friday, folks.
Just a heads up, today is your last chance for a while to grab our burnt ends.
We’re taking a little break after this weekend, so if that smoky, caramelized goodness has your name on it, swing by before they’re gone. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. We’re open tomorrow from 11 to 9, then we’ll take a short pause for a bit.
Oh, and quick reminder, we’re selling until sold out, so first come, first served. Come early if there’s something you’ve got your eye on.
Brisket, Pulled Pork, Rack of Ribs. We’d love to see you, load you up, and send you off with all the good stuff before we press pause.”

“Happy Sunday, everyone.
What a week. Yesterday we celebrated our one-year anniversary and we are feeling so grateful. Thank you for showing up for us and for being part of this first year.
Today we’re open 12pm to 7pm, but we’re going until sold out, so we might close a bit early. Next week, we’ll be open Friday August 14th and Saturday the 15th only.
And that’ll be our last smoke for a little while………..
We’re taking a short break to rest, refresh and make a few updates behind the scenes. This is not goodbye. We’re not closing permanently. Just taking a pause. We’ll keep you posted right here. Metalworks BBQ
Because we’re winding down for this final week, some items won’t be on the menu, like pastrami and Hamburgers But we’ll have plenty of barbecue favorites while supplies last.

We’re so grateful for this first year, for every neighbor and friend who’s kept the lights on and the smokers going. Every order, every kind word, meant the world to us.
So come on down today, bring a friend, grab some good barbecue, and let us treat you to a little dessert on the house. Simple, sweet, just like this town. We really wouldn’t be here without you. We’d just love to see you.
