Why do our kids “help” with chores?

Because there’s a lot more being learned than how to feed a cow.

They’re learning that everyone pitches in, that hard work is simply part of life, and that being part of a family means contributing to the things that need to be done. They’re learning responsibility, patience, and a good work ethic one chore at a time.

And even when their version of “helping” makes things take a little longer, we’re grateful for the time we get to spend working alongside them. 😉
