Announcing Paw Paw Ginger Beer (4.5% ABV)! A collaboration between Jackworth Ginger Beer, Community Cultures, and Highland Farm & Garden. Honoring fermentation and the flavors of our native fruit, we sourced quality paw paws from , processed the fruit (for hours!), and did a cold infusion and fermentation extraction of this special tropical-like fruit into a one-of-a-kind ginger beer. You won't find a beverage like this around town! Stop by on release day, December 6th, 3-6pm. On tap only until it sells out!

Garlic scapes! We have LOTS of them fresh out of the garden. They are not well known but they are well loved by those in-the-know. Try them sauted, grilled, steamed, boiled, pickled, chopped and added to salads and soup, or blend to make a yummy garlic pesto; so many ways to enjoy them, and the season is short! Reach out if you want to buy bulk directly from our farm!
