Ayars Family Farm Ice Cream We are lifelong dairy farmers who have stood the test of time working and caring for our cows. Many of our flavors are named for some of our memorable cows.

Our ice cream is produced on the farm with the milk of our Guernsey cows. Special attributes of our Guernsey cow milk are sealed into every pint of ice cream we make. Guernsey milk contains 12% more protein, 30% more cream, 33% more vitamin D, 25% more vitamin A and 15% more calcium than average milk. The unique qualities of Guernsey milk, especially flavor, have always been recognized. Our "Guernsey Ladies" enjoy grazing and receive special care in a large barn. All of our ice cream is made in small batches and is hand packed. It takes additional time to incorporate this process, but we feel such an effort is worth it. With the first taste, you will notice the creamier texture and rich flavor.

Your 4th of July celebration will be incomplete without ice cream! Triple Berry will finish our meal. It is blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. The first burst of flavor is as spirited as our history. It is subtle red, white, and blue and authentic without additional color.

When I was a kid, it was a sure sign of spring when my mother would make a Pineapple Upside Down Cake. I recall my surprise when she would flip the pan to a perfect alignment of slices of pineapple, and cherries on top of a yellow cake.
Our newest flavor for spring wraps those flavors together in an ice cream. If you enjoy pineapple, you will find pleasure in every bite. And yes, we have had a cow named Pineapple!
