When I was a kid, it was a sure sign of spring when my mother would make a Pineapple Upside Down Cake. I recall my surprise when she would flip the pan to a perfect alignment of slices of pineapple, and cherries on top of a yellow cake.
Our newest flavor for spring wraps those flavors together in an ice cream. If you enjoy pineapple, you will find pleasure in every bite. And yes, we have had a cow named Pineapple!
