Nominated by the winners of the youth showmanship contest and judged by the winners of the supreme showman contest. We had to show Dairy, pigs, and goats!

We technically tied but richard beat me in dairy showing and that was the tie breaker. He also hid my jeans to try to trip me up! Lol

So proud of our crew, our girls, our friends and the program we are building! Thank you to EVERYONE who helped with the show and Gavin this weekend. 🩵

What better way to spend a birthday than at a cow show?! 🫣🥰

Ash is working nights at the south central PA Holstein Champ show and was offered to do showmanship! Thank you to the Cornmans for letting her borrow an animal. She was 4th out of a competitive group. Gavin also got to hangout with his Ashy and Ben🫶🏻

This heifer paved the way into the breed for us!

🔥 BJ Colors Blaine Zoey 🔥

The Nailor family put her in the PA Ayrshire & milking shorthorn sale circa 2019! While helping with the sale I fell in love with her, but never thought Richard Beatty, the Jersey guy would ever have another breed in the barn. When the bidding started we thought the price was soft so we jumped on her and the rest is history!

She went on to be JC at a couple shows for us and just an all around good heifer! COVID cut her heifer show journey short and as a cow she wasn’t quite good enough, but she gave us a white Roan heifer (Unique Gen Mr.Right Ziva) And numerous opportunities!

She gave us the confidence into another breed and paved the way for a beautiful friendship!

Since Zoey we have owned 11+ shorthorns, made numerous connections, and even had 3 All-American jr. Nominations. 🏆

We will forever be grateful for her! 🐄
