.Left the house at 10a.m. this morning to go pick up a bred Large Black sow in Hilssboro. Just got home to our first time farrowing gilt, she had eight little hamp look alikes. Got the new sow into her new home. Now the fun begins, we get to see how protective our sow is. Time to notch ears and give Iron shots.

Had a great time Saturday at the Tri-State dairy goat show. Once again my homegrown kids did well against some very tough competition. Thanks to everyone at the Tri-State Dairy Goat Association for putting on such a nice show.
