Meet “No Longer Scared of the Wolf Head” 🐺🍺

American Porter - 5.6%

Our 3½-year-old son is officially no longer scared of the Wolf mascot head that lives in our staff break room.

For those who remember the story behind “Not Scared of the Wolf Head,” he used to cautiously make his way back to the break room to see it, quietly hyping himself up along the way by repeating:

“Not scared of the wolf head.”

Well, things have changed.

Every now and then, he now musters up the courage to put the Wolf Head on himself and proudly walks around the brewery howling like a wolf. 🐺

So naturally, the beer needed a new name.

“No Longer Scared of the Wolf Head” is a modern American Porter with an English soul. Top-notch English ingredients collide with an American structure, delivering a clean bitterness and smooth dark-roast character without being overly aggressive. Layers of rich cocoa, toasted hazelnuts, dark caramel, freshly baked brown bread and a touch of espresso lead into a remarkably soft, clean finish. Served on nitro for a dense, creamy head and an exceptionally smooth, velvety drinking experience.

✨Spaghetti Squash “Pasta” - brown butter lemon sauce, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, toasted pepitas and sage grown in our own garden. Available after 3 PM, with several protein add-ons available.

🌳 Hazy IPA - 6.5% 🌳

A part of our New Beginnings series where we experiment with new ingredients, techniques and ideas. We focused this batch on intense stone fruit and citrus hop flavor and aromas notes. We began with obliterating the whirlpool with the finest Moteuka and Peacharine hops followed by a triple dry hop charge of Moteuka, Peacharine and Vera. To amp this up even more we hit it with a double dose of fresh 2026 Nectaron and Motueka Sub Zero Hop Kief bringing huge aromas and flavors of intense peach nectar, nectarines, with tangy lemon lime sherbet. A big shout out to our friends at Freestyle Hops in New Zealand! Cheers!
