Special Labor Day weekend Beer release - on tap now!

WolfBerry Stout:
A one-off release of our Off The Hook oatmeal stout conditioned on fresh blackberry puree. The blackberries were hand-picked and provided to us by one of our loyal customers. This has become a yearly tradition at CSI. Enjoy it while it lasts! 6.2% ABV.

On deck: Rowantree British Golden Ale. Look for this to be on tap next weekend, along with Beth’s Half as Hard Lemonade!

On tap when the doors open - Thursday, August 27th!

1. White Flag Wit - Our version of a classic Belgian-style Witbier. Delicately balanced with citrus (orange peel), and spice (coriander). Light, refreshing and prickly on the tongue, and thusly enjoyed with a slice of orange. 5.4% ABV.

2. Off the Hook Stout with toasted coconut - The addition of fresh coconut, toasted to a golden-brown color, offers a nice coconut flavor, and pairs perfectly with the nutty, roasted, and chocolatey flavors from the stout. 6.2 % ABV. This is a special one-off. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

Available when the doors open - Saturday, August 22:

Forward Flow #6, the latest in our experimental hazy IPA series. This is our most heavily hopped beer so far this season! For FF6, we made minor changes to the water profile, increased the amount of whirlpool hops and went crazy with dry hops. Featuring Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic and Nectaron hops. Intense tropical fruit with subtle notes of dankness, candy, and resin. 6.9% ABV, 40 IBUs.

Also, two special one-offs coming soon: Coconut Stout and WolfBerry Stout.
