To go along with all the “No Data Center” signs our neighbors have up we’re introducing our Clean Breeches Lager: Our German-style Lager that finishes clean, crisp, and refreshing, commensurate to the magnificent water from the world-renowned Yellow Breeches Creek that spectacularly flows gently beneath the decks of our restaurant and brewery! The beer name also manifests concern over how neighboring data centers could severely impact our water supply for brewing, cooking, drinking and cleaning, along with potentially altering the acclaimed fly-fishing destination. To help support the “No Data Centers Monroe” Facebook group, Cold Springs Inn & Brewing will donate $.25 for each pint sold of Clean Breeches till it’s gone. The beer will start flowing from our taps at 4 pm on June 11th!
