I had this Fish head in my freezer so I decided to made this one pot Fish head stew/ soup with dumplings and green bananas😋 dish came out absolutely amazing. The fish head has a lot of flesh and flavor. Don’t miss out🔥

Today I cooked this 4 pound Red Snapper in a rich aromatic flavor explosive sauce loaded with herbs, vegetables and coconut milk.. This paired well with some smooth Tun Cornmeal with Okra water🔥😋. What an amazing dish 10/10 with ease

Today I turned this Strawberry Grouper into a Spectacular meal. Sautéd Jumbo shrimps in a Guinness butter sauce🔥 also prepared some refreshing Pear and Onion pickle to cut through the richness of the fish. For the starch, crispy fried green plantain strips.. wow!! What a meal😋

I Found this Food Truck on the side of the road in Hollywood Fl. We got some goat soup and Jerk Pork😋 and let me tell you.. the food did not disappoint at all. Chef definitely knows what he doing… I was extremely happy after spending my money.. Precious Jerk & Grill
