The first Jersey Honeycrisp apples are here! These are Honeycrisp Premier—an early-ripening Honeycrisp that is genetically the same Honeycrisp everyone knows and loves, with that unmistakable crisp, juicy texture and sweet-tart flavor. April’s hard freeze took a heavy toll on New Jersey’s apple crop, so local apples will be in shorter supply this year. Fortunately, these early Honeycrisp made it through, and we’re delighted to have them this weekend.

Summer just keeps getting better at Summer Wind Farms!

This week we're excited to welcome the first Jersey cantaloupes of the season—sweet, fragrant, and picked at the peak of flavor.

🌼 Our Organic Cut Flowers Are Back!

One of our favorite signs of midsummer is finally here.

Our Certified Organic Jersey Blossoms bouquets are once again filling the market with spectacular color. Every bouquet is grown right here on our farm and hand-arranged using an ever-changing mix of sunflowers, zinnias, celosia, gomphrena, ornamental grasses, globe amaranth and many other seasonal flowers.

They're perfect for the kitchen table, a hostess gift, or simply bringing a little sunshine home.
