Hello all Meat eaters.,
There is a new food truck in Medford. It is called "No Forks Given". They are located at the Star Food Court behind Tinseltown. Their food is Awesome. I had them for lunch and dinner on the same day. For lunch I had the Italian beef and it was amazing. For dinner we ordered a French dip and jo-jos for my Lady and I had the pastrami dip and poutine. Also amazing food. You guys need to go try them out. Open Tuesday-Friday 11-6. Saturdays are for events.
If you go tell them Butch from the State of Jefferson BBQ Club sent you.
I'm telling you, do not miss out!!

Attention BBQers. Review time. Just had Buddy's BBQ in Ashland Oregon. Just past Butler Acura on 99. Girlfriend and I had to try the place. We ordered the Brisket Sandwich Plate, $10. Came with a well smoked Brisket on a Hamburger bun, with rawonion slices and dill pickles on the side. For a side dish I picked the baked Beans. I was surprised by it. It was made with Brisket instead of Pork.
Definitely worth the try. I will come back and try the ribs next.

With the heat we have been having in Southern Oregon, we sure are saving in wood. Q has been 150 degrees before it's even lit.
