Piter’s Pepper Shake
We created Pepper Shake out of necessity. We planted a garden and got a little carried away with the pepper plants. 26 different varieties. Oh my. When they started producing fruit, we were overwhelmed with amount of peppers we had!
We decided to dehydrate them to save for later. One day Marty put a bunch into a spice grinder, mixed them all up, and Pepper Shake was born.
It tasted amazing. Seriously. On just about anything. It’s spicy and tasty and brings things like scrambled eggs or green salad to whole new level of yum.
