Roxanne is in the kitchen and she is MAKING SOUP!
We make this fresh, in-house! We prep and simmer : you eat. 80° might be a little warm, but it’s getting cold. In October we will have: French onion, loaded potato, and chicken dumpling. No offense, but the chain restaurants you eat from get it from a bag. Get it from the burner, at Wayside

We survived our first-ever food cart setup, but we definitely glad we did it! The Middletown Township Food Truck Festival was an absolute dream. Now that the dust has settled, we just want to say a huge thank you to Jen Maull at the Middletown Township -Delco - Parks & Recreation for putting this together. We hope more people come out for next year such a fun time. We had a blast debuting our brand new cart. Something that’s been in the works for a long time to go alongside our new Yo, Mose! ‘s ice cream product. A cart will be available for rental coming soon. Stay tuned.

Headed out with dad yesterday morning to deliver a new piece we have: The Wayside Dispatch. Focusing on those close-by, we’re hoping to remind our Middletown neighbors that we’re here … and to tell our story. We also are including local news and events, recipes, and stories. We stopped back for a lunch break to grab the new special. Yummm! If you’re close by, be on the lookout 👀
