‘Tis the season! Tomorrow we begin pouring ‘Twas The Heron’s First Christmas and Bourbon Barrel Aged Double ‘Twas. Chris Zaffle, the driving force behind keeping Medina breweries connected, is on hand to raise the first pint of the year. Taps and doors open at 4!

Throwback 4 pack. Our first run of canned beer took place in 2020 in an effort to adapt or die. Mother in Lager was one of the first beers canned in our brewery, so we brought back the original label for our 6 year anniversary of beer. We’ll have this Dortmunder Lager for take out in the pub, and also on tap. It’s a small batch and will sell fast, so stop on in to celebrate with us and take home some local nostalgia.

We had the pleasure of getting our award from this years hand delivered today from Spencer Mapes. A damaged package delivered us an empty envelope without a medal, but gave us this opportunity to meet the organizer of this great competition. Thanks Spencer!

We’re starting our 6th year beer anniversary week off to a great start. Abbey Normal, our Saison, and Yes Hefe, our Hefeweizen, were awarded a gold and bronze in their categories at this years Stop in and taste both of these award winning beers!

After a kick off party at Lucas Oil Stadium, many informative seminars, an expansive trade show, and a couple beers, we’re heading home from Craft Brewers Conference 2025. It was an amazing few days of great conversations with like minded people providing beneficial insights into this industry that we love. Now it’s time to implement fresh ideas into more great beers for you.
