Hi! We have a bunch of new followers lately and I wanted to take a minute to re-introduce myself.

My name is Evan Waite and I am 8.5 years old. In March of 2021, I was diagnosed with EoE, a rare and incurable esophageal disease. It's been a very long and hard journey as I had to eliminate the top 6 allergens and be sedated and scoped every two months. I have two more allergens to trial before we know what is causing my disease.

Throughout the last year, grocery shopping became so stressful and sad as many of my favorite foods were not safe for me to eat. As a result, my Mom and I made everything from scratch. After making our donuts one snowy day, we couldn't help but think of so many other people who haven't been able to partake in "normal" food experiences with their families because of their disease. As a result, our business was born.

We are proud to offer allergy-friendly donuts and treats to our community on a bi-monthly basis. Our donuts are free from the top 7 allergens and our cookie dough bites are top 8 allergen-free. All of our foods are organic and made from natural food dye. We believe your family should have the best!

Our current allergy-friendly menu includes:
