The apartment above the bar is ready to be rented 1300 a month includes gas heat and water not included ELECTRIC and Cable stop in the bar for an application and schedule an appointment to see it. No pets no smoking. Yes you can hear the noise from the bar. Last people were there 5 years no complaints but I told them the same thing… you are directly above the bar you will hear noise

Soon to come…. Upstairs apartment will be available very soon. Remodeling with all new flooring and paint. 2 full baths, 2 bedroom’s, private entrance . Very spacious living room.
