Check out this smoked boneless pork loin from one of our customers! ππ₯
Here's how we recommend to make these!
-preheat your smoker to 225-250 F
-pat the pork loin dry and season generously with your favorite pork rub
-place the pork loin directly on the smoker grate
-smoke until the internal temp reaches 140-145 (usually 2.5-4 hours)
-remove from the smoker and let it rest for 10-15 min before slicing
-slice against the grain and serve! π
