Local beef isn’t just a fun and clever tag line for us at Keller’s.

It’s a belief and value system we have built our 5th Generation farm off of.

This is local beef at its purest place: the Medina County Fair 4H market dairy beef project shown and sold by Logan Letner.

We are both honored and proud to share what these amazing young and aspiring farmers are growing and we believe in the future generations.

We grilled up the first cuts off this AMAZINGLY tender homegrown , Keller Cut-prime-grade beef.

We invite you in to the market this week to enjoy in our heritage.

Look for the 🍀 on the case tags and you’ll know what cuts are the 4H homegrown beef.

Fresh from the Medina County Fair — and it won’t last.
Logan Letner’s 4-H steer is now in our cases. Hand-raised right here on local forage, processed by the team you already trust, and cut into steaks, roasts, and ground beef that’s ready for your table.
There’s something extra about knowing the kid who raised it and the processor who handled it. Safer. More flavorful. You can taste the difference when the animal never left Medina County.
Every package you take home supports a 4-H family, keeps money in our local ag economy, and proves that buying local actually works.
