Stone, stucco, cedar, and oak — the exterior of The Cervidae is a masterclass in material contrast. Fond du Lac stone anchors the facade with depth and texture, balanced by cobblestone stucco, warm toffee vertical siding, and dark espresso board-and-batten that grounds it all. Limestone steps, cast stone detailing, and gas copper lanterns complete an entry that feels rooted in its preserve setting from every angle. And at the rear? The stone story continues all the way to the pool patio and tiered outdoor living areas — because cohesion doesn't stop at the front door.

First impressions, done right. The arched Fond du Lac stone entry at The Cervidae - limestone steps, cast stone detailing, copper gas lanterns glowing at dusk, and Marvin windows that set the tone before you ever step inside. This is what it looks like when a home welcomes you in.

The lower level at The Cervidae was designed for the moments that matter - poker nights, movie marathons, golf night, and everything in between. A custom wet bar with Graystone countertops and Riviera Glass shelves sets the stage, the sunken golf simulator room brings the drama, and the media lounge makes sure no one ever wants to leave. All of it finished with the same craft and intention found on the floors above.
