A wonderful time had by all at the Indiana State Fair cooking with maple syrup contest sponsored by Burton‘s Maplewood Farm. A special congratulations to Elisa Vatta the first place winner with her maple poundcake recipe, as well as an outstanding overview of a historical and inspirational reason to bake with maple syrup!
All contestants did a wonderful job in presenting their special dishes and we can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with next year!
