Ever wonder what to make with the breads I make? How about a hot, melty corned beef sandwich piled onto homemade sourdough rye? 🤤

I originally went to buy pastrami—until I saw it was almost $17 a pound! Freaking ridiculous! 😂 So, corned beef it was.

I cooked it to a perfect 190°F, let it cool, then sliced it beautifully thin with my meat slicer. No slicer? Cutting it super thin by hand works too!

Pile it onto sourdough rye with sauerkraut, then add some roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes on the side—and voilà! A simple… well, kind of simple… but seriously yummy meal.

Oh I’m not done yet, how about some churro inspired cupcakes?

A soft cinnamon-vanilla cupcake dipped in buttery cinnamon sugar, filled with creamy dulce de leche, and topped with a generous swirl of cinnamon buttercream. Finished with a dulce de leche drizzle and a little Hershey chocolate!

Warm, cinnamon-y, gooey in the middle and just the right amount of over-the-top. Basically, everything you love about a churro—only dressed up as a cupcake!

How about some blackberry inspired zero sugar added (except on these there is 1g in the sprinkles) cupcakes.

Soft vanilla-almond cupcakes filled with sugar-free blackberry preserves and topped with fluffy, zero-sugar white chocolate whipped frosting and a hint of blackberry.

All the blackberry bliss without sacrificing a really good cupcake! Message me to claim yours! (Not a low calorie food though 😏).

Some things are successful, like this gorgeous rye sourdough bread that I have been working at for the last couple weeks. Then there are things (not pictured because it’s sitting in my trash) that aren’t successful like my attempt at soft billowy sourdough mini French breads. Let’s not forget our fur babies—they deserve birthday cake too! 🐾

This one was made with love, pumpkin, applesauce and peanut butter, topped with mashed potato “frosting” and decorated with edible doggy treats.

I gotta say, it was VERY well received! Ragnar, and his big brother Spy gave it two, or is it four, paws up and would happily volunteer for another round of quality control. 😂🐶🎂
