Ok so DNA has come back on emu and peacocks
We have an even ratio of male /female for emu.
On peacocks out of the eight tested one male and the rest are female, I will do my best to reach out to folk that are on the wait list, and start putting packages together

Yay, my samples finally made it to Brittany at Knight's poultry and lab. There are eight emu's and thirteen peachicks getting tested.
It seems like we are always waiting, we wait for the first egg and then fertility, and then the first baby chicks to hatch, we wait for DNA results and for then new homes. However we must remember that good things happen to those who wait. Cheers

Doing DNA blood samples today emu will be six blonde and two standard, standard are sold. These are going to be available as same s*xed pairs or singles.
So far I have 13 peafowl go out as well, mostly white but hay I can make unrelated pairs in white, a couple purple and a silver pied.

Colors and patterns
India blue white eye split to opal
Spaulding split dark pied split to opal
White
Silver pied
India blue
Burfford bronze
Purple
Black shoulder
I will only do split pairs/trio
Unless I have enough white or India blue from multiple pens.
We will not pair siblings.
My birds are pricey so please know that before you message me. If interested PM me and I will put you down on the list

We had all emu chicks spoken for due to life events we have a pair of blonde chicks, we will not split. And a blonde female single back up available.

Update on emu chicks: as of right now I'm sold out, we have one male sitting due at the end of April. I did find new eggs today so another we have a female still laying and I will let the male sit them so they will be a later hatch. Both of these will go out as singles most likely or same s*x pairs only. If you are looking for emu I can direct you to quality breeders who can accommodate.
Another update I found another male sitting today it will be okay so facts two ladies laying, we will let the boys be boys. This is crazy the last egg was set in the incubator on 2-5 and they quit laying now they started up again, so more chicks later

Pending pick up -

White Female 2 year old proved breeder. UPD - MESSAGE ME for details and state which bird you are asking about as I have juveniles as well leaving the farm.

Location is Poolville, Texas.

These are going because I was sold my farm fraudulently and need $ for an attorney. Otherwise she would stay.

Two blonde/standard pairs.
I have fulfilled my orders for these.
Standards are starting to hatch now, I will begin to fill those orders once this round finish hatching and DNA comes back.
