Red Wigglers make the best soil for the garden here on our Florida Sandbar. VermiCompost, available also, is made by feeding the worms rabbit manure and veggies. Red Wigglers make living soil loaded with beneficial bacteria, humic acid and enzymes that help hold moisture, provides nutrients, and improves plant nutrient uptake. You can also use the vermicompost to brew your own Compost Tea! Please pre-order worms and compost so Suzanne can harvest it for you prior to pickup. Funky Chicken Farm Livestock List for June 20-21. We have a nice selection of colored egg layer pullets, some younger girls that are coop ready and lots of really nice pigeons. Red Wigglers make the BEST compost for the garden on a sandbar. Vermicompost available too... AND we have a great selection of premium meat rabbits. FCF is OPEN Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm at 3510 Hield Rd in West Melbourne. Please bring a box or a carrier in which to take them home!!! We can use extra boxes!! See you soon!

Livestock List for June 6-7. June is here !! Time to make compost for the fall planting season. Red Wigglers can help do that quicker than other compost methods. Please pre-order so we can have them ready for you. We only have coop ready pullets right now. No baby chicks till September ish... We are in need of boxes. Please be sure to bring some in which to take home your new girls... We can use the extras too. Thanks! Our farmstand is OPEN offering all types of farm grown goodness. Come and check us out!
