This week’s limited availability special is Smoked Bacon Rib.

Wassi’s offers the Texas Trinity platter which includes 1 lb each of Brisket, Spare Ribs and Texas Hot Links with choice of 4 pint sides. Platter will also include pickled onions, pickles, pickled jalapeños and bread. Feeds 4-6 people. You get all this for $90.

Also available in a sampler package we will have one Brisket Pierogi, one Smoked Brisket Stuffed Cabbage Roll and one link of Smoked Hungarian Kielbasa for $11.

As always you can also grab Smoked Brisket, Smoked Flat Iron, Smoked Texas Hot Links, Honey Mimosa Pork Belly, Pulled Pork, Turkey Breast and Smoked Sliced Pork in a plate or by the pound. Plus check out the multiple sandwiches available each week.
