Tamarico is almost here, at long last. If you are interested in keeping up with updates, we will be posting them at more frequently as we go and less here. So please follow that page if you're interested!

Here is our recommended serving suggestion:

Tajin Chamoy on rim
Tajin Clasico seasoning on rim
1.5oz Tamarico

Lick off the chamoy and salt and shoot it!

The seasoning enhances the flavors of tamarind, chili, chamoy and lime.

This vacuum still is a continuous work in progress. Some improvements made that required a lot of time, a little welding, and a bit of prayers there would be no vacuum leaks.

End result? Distilling goes about 30 to 40% faster. And if you've read any of my previous posts about distilling, it's really boring, so this really saves me time and sanity, and increases capacity.
